Yes. LutiBand requires a monthly subscription, which covers not only all the functionalities that LutiBand offers, but also includes the data and voice services that are required by LutiBand to operate. This service is available in almost 150 countries, that means that even if you are traveling the world, you can continue to take advantage of LutiBand for the same cost, no matter where you are located.

You have the option to turn off the automatic renewal of your subscription at any time.

You may cancel your month-to-month subscription anytime. However, canceling will terminate the SIM and it cannot be reactivated.
LutiBand, sends the real location through the integrated GPS, every 180 seconds, ensuring that the last updated location is kept at all times.
When real time tracking is activated, LutiBand will send the real location via the built-in GPS every 10 seconds. This function is very useful when what you need is to track the LutiBand. We recommend using this functionality for short periods of time, as it increases battery consumption substantially.
Through our mobile app, you can create geo-fences, to later be able to configure alerts, notifying that the LutiBand has left that perimeter or also, when it has entered that perimeter.
These perimeters can be wide, such as a neighborhood, a city or any perimeter in which you create, the person will be safe within it.
LutiBand keeps a record of all the locations it has been to during the last 30 days. This will allow, at all times, to consult the routes that the person using the LutiBand has been on. This is very useful when you need to be able to locate people.
Unlike geo-fence, which can be wider perimeters, with the places option, you can create known places where you want to receive notifications of arrival or departure, such as home, school, etc.
This will allow you to be notified at all times, without the need of monitoring at all times.
Each LutiBand, could be shared with the number of people it deems appropriate. These people will not only be able to verify the information of the LutiBand, but they will also receive the notifications that are configured, such as arrival or departure, “Im OK", “Help", etc.
Knowing when a person is in trouble is very important, but it is also very important to know that the person is well and where that person is located at that moment. By pressing the LutiBand button 2 times, it will send the people to whom that LutiBand is shared with, a message advising them that the person is fine and the location at that moment.
In the event of an emergency, by holding down the LutiBand button for 3 seconds, LutiBand will initiate a call to the emergency services (it will call the corresponding number, depending on the country the person is in at that time). At the same time, LutiBand will notify the people with whom that LutiBand has been shared, that it is in an emergency, including its location at the time.
Depending on the country the person is in, LutiBand may be directly integrated with emergency services, providing both, the location in which the person is at, as well as the personal information, medical information, biometrics, etc., ensuring the person will receive the best possible care in the event of such an emergency.
LutiBand has an integrated sensor, which detects falls. It can be configured if the person wants to initiate a call to emergency services when a fall is detected, or only notify the people to whom that LutiBand was shared.
In the event that the person configures that they want to call emergency services, it will work in the same way as the Help option, but the call will start automatically.
LutiBand is integrated with different biometric sensors, which will help to keep a permanent record, as well as in the case of an emergency.

LutiBand, will allow the person to configure all personal information. This information will be used in the event of an emergency, either to share it with the emergency services, as well as to be shown on the LutiBand screen, once the call with the emergency services is finished to be available when a person comes to give medical attention.
LutiBand also has a built-in Medical ID, in which the person can specify all the medical information that they think is important to know for those who care for them in an emergency.
Also, the person will be able to specify medicines they are taking, allergies, emergency contacts, etc., ensuring that they will receive the best possible care, as quickly as possible.
Through our mobile app, the person can set reminders so they don't forget to take any medication. These reminders will be integrated into the medication that they have configured in their Medical ID.
In many cases, it is important to have extra security, especially when the person who will be using the LutiBand is a person with a medical condition. That is why LutiBand is designed to be able to insert a security clasp, which will prevent the band from opening easily.
Beyond having a security clasp, we want to go one step further and with our integrated sensor, the person will be able to notify the people to whom the LutiBand is shared with, if for some reason, the person who uses the LutiBand has removed the device from their wrist, along with their location.
The person using the LutiBand can configure the battery level in which they want to receive a notification, indicating that it is reaching a low battery level and alerting that it is necessary to charge the LutiBand.
As part of our security measures, we may notify people to whom the LutiBand has been shared with when the person has intentionally turned off the LutiBand. That will help know when and where the LutiBand was turned off.
Through our mobile app, the person can send text messages to the LutiBand that they have shared.

Through our mobile app, the person can send text messages that will work as questions, whoever receives it, can answer YES or NO. Whoever sent the message will receive the response in their mobile app through a notification.
Software and Firmware Updates
From time to time, LutiBand, will upgrade the LutiBand firmware and push out updates to the App. This is to add new features and fix software issues. LutiBand updates happen automatically over-the-air. This also only occurs when the device is being charged, so the battery is not drained while in use. You can configure apps on your phone to be automatically updated through your App Store (iOS) or Play Store (Android) settings. When a new app release is made available, we will message you via email, letting you know about the new version and the new features.
